A La Turka es un restaurante en el Upper East Side que abrió sus puertas hace 20 años. Gracias a su excelente comida, su ambiente animado y la atención que ha recibido de los medios realiza un gran número de reservaciones todos los días y noches.     My dining partner always enjoys his dinners here (we are regulars). I always have to order the same things, however, because there are so few vegan choices. The spinach and rice entree is the only vegan choice and it is boring. I order a few mezzes but why can't there be anther (better!) vegan option for an entree? I have asked for this repeatedly but there's been no change yet.

    We visit L Turka frequently. Unfortunately this evening the food was not usual over salted and undercooked.  I will save the Management was very responsive and offered us another dish or to re-cook what we had. We declined, however he was very gracious about it and removed it from the bill.

    The staff was welcoming and extremely kind. The ambiance was warm and bright. Great place to bring your family for a nice lunch/dinner. I would highly recommend stopping by. The food was deliciously seasoned and there were a variety of options for the different dietary restrictions in my group. Cheers!

    We had a great time and plan to come back. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. The food was delicious (make sure to try the dessert!) and the vibe was modern and welcoming.

    Great food! We eat here regularly and love it so we took my mother, a Turk from Istanbul, and she agreed with us that the food was delicious. Our server, Walid, was very professional and polite. We had a great night!

    Went for late lunch— so fewer people than usual and quieter. Excellent and large portions. Highly recommend
