Our unique dining style is perfect for wedding rehearsals, ski clubs, team functions, corporate events, or any other reason your group of 20 to 150 is not only looking for a great steak, but a great experience to go along with it!!! Our upstairs balcony seating is perfect for groups of any size and offers private salad bar, meat case, and grill. Our unique grill-your-own style allows guests a more "social" dining experience typically preferred with large parties. We also have the ability to create a menu to fit any group size and budget.

If driving is the only option, we do recommend parking on the East side of Lincoln Ave. (i.e. from mountain area, drive Hwy 40 into downtown Steamboat Springs, take right on 8th Street, park, walk back over Lincoln Ave).

City buses stop on 7th & Lincoln. We are one block up on the corner of 8th & Lincoln. All shuttle services from hotels typically drop you off within 1 block of restaurant (either an odd or even street depending on your hotel.)

Desde hace 10 años que venimos a Steamboat siempre vamos a este restaurante, vale la pena la experiencia y la convivencia. Los cortes y las costillas, excelente.

Muy agradable el lugar, la atención. Lo que más me gustó fue el concepto de asar tu propia carne y convivir con tus amigos o familia mientras tanto.

Fun setting, nice staff…..Best Hostess in town…her name is Camille…I tried to hire her away, but, her dad wouldn’t let her move to Alabama.

I recommend when booking this restaurant to go to their website and read about the experience. Basically you are cooking your main entree along with the rest of the patrons in the restaurant. I looked at the website but didn’t go to their other tabs. My fault. But I also think they should have this info on the main home page. The only bread they had for my hamburger was white sandwich bread still in the sleeve from the grocery store. When we walked in the hostess pointed at our table. When I hesitated she walked us over to it. The quality of the meat seems to be very good. Just maybe be a little more transparent and an employee needs to be stationed at the grill. Some people were reusing the plate their raw meat was on! It was so crowded at the grill area we could not see the clean plates behind those at the grill. If you know ahead of time that you are cooking your own meat, chicken or seafood then you will probably be happier. I wish the owners the best but some changes need to be made.

They just don't have enough grills, so they get very backed up. They're nice and I feel for them, because all the employees are harried, but there's no discount for cooking your own steak and it's so hectic, it's stressful to eat there.
