I have been to many steakhouses including Forrest Room at Harrahs Tahoe and Gordon Ramsey Steak. The food was subpar compared to others. The steaks were ordered medium and both came out very rare and had to be cooked again and were still barely mid rare. The sides were ok nothing special and for the price it should be exceptional. Both the steaks were ok but not near the quality or taste I would expect for the price. Overall my wife and I were not impressed and will eat at other restaurants at Graton when we visit. Tony’s Italian is very good as well as the bistro, and I have heard good things about the boat house Asian eatery.

Our server, Niero (I think was his name) was fantastic. He was welcoming, helpful, and attentive without being too obtrusive. He and other attendants removed dishes and utensils without making their presence known. Nice! The water was brought to us right away, and it was ice cold and refreshing. Two of us ordered Smoky Old Fashions which were a little pricy but delicious, and the bartender didn’t skimp on the bourbon. Smile! The food was absolutely fantastic as it was prepared with great care. Two of us ordered 11oz. Filet Mignon and two ordered 20oz rib eye steaks. We all agreed that our $65.00 steaks were cooked exactly as we requested and the meat was melt in your mouth tender. Filet mignons could be cut with a fork and might’ve been the best filet mignon ever. The flavor was incredible, but they brought us three different sauces, all of which were flavorful and fun to try. One was a red wine reduction sauce, another was peppercorn, and the third was a garlic sauce. All were special additions to the meal. We tried the French onion soup which was a perfectly spiced broth with great carmelized onions and wonderful melted Swiss and Gruyère cheeses. Yummy! We split two wedge salads which included crisp lettuce, tasty bacon and blue cheese dressing, plenty but not over done. Food and service were simply perfect. And they did not charge us corkage fee for the one bottle of wine we brought with us. The bill plus 22% tip for the meal was $522.00. Whew!!! The food was as good or better than Starks but the ambience at the Casino was a little lacking, and although not especially strong , we could smell cigarette smoke. I must mention that the people working at the casino were kind and very welcoming as well. I’d only been to the Casino twice before but I can say that if I was in the mood for an expensive steak dinner, I wouldn’t hesitate to dine at Park 630 again.

Enjoyed a nice night with my Husband eating at Graton’s 630 steakhouse for the first time. The hostess were welcoming coming in. The restaurant is very beautiful looking. They sat us next to the fireplace in a comfortable booth with throw pillows. Our server J. Luis Diaz was friendly, informative, attentive and gave great service. The rib eye steak was delicious! Nice size cut. Cream of spinach was tasty. The scallops potatoes which our server recommended were ok. Needed to be a tad more cooked. We should had ordered the mashed potatoes instead. My Husband said the top shelf margarita he ordered was perfect. I had a glass of canb wine which was good. No dessert ordered since the servings were plenty. Definitely coming back! Spouse liked the front of restaurants bar showing the basketball game. We also loved the female piano player singer during dinner. Very nice steakhouse! Thank you Luis for your amazing service. The Steakhouse at Graton casino is excellent. Tara our server was attentive and her personality is a plus. I ordered the Salmon which is always done to perfection. The others is my party had the Prime Rib, Pork Chop….all excellent. The wine and cocktail selections were all good also. The Caesar salad is perfect. It was a birthday celebration but don’t let that hold you back to enjoy this restaurant ! Just go ! I think I would even go in there by myself, that’s how comfortable I felt. The only minor thing I wish they would change is …..I wish I could have substituted the veggies on the Salmon plate for another veggie on the menu….Other than that…JUST GO!

We had a lovely dinner at 630 Park. The food was delicious as were the drinks. The decor is amazing making for a relaxing luxurious dining experience. The staff is very friendly and takes care of you well.
