  Like a Gose, this beer is soured after the mash with lactobacillus in our brew kettle until the desired acidity is reached. However, no additional flavorings were added to the base beer - loads of stone and tropical fruit flavors come through from the souring process itself. Over 30% wheat malt in the grist, as well as a Vienna malt addition, provide fresh, bready accents and a light, hazy straw color. Perfect for quenching a hard-earned thirst!
