   Cena romántica ultimo día de vacaciones. La entrada fue bien, luego el plato principal demoró más de 45 minutos y el plato de carne estaba totalmente crudo y quemado por fuera. El plato de salmón crudo por dentro al igual que el de carne. Retiraron los platos los cocinaron 10 min mas pero quedaron en muy mal estado. Dado los precios y el nivel del restaurante la experiencia fue mala en esta ocasión.

   This visit missed the mark a bit for us but they made it right. Location of the table was poor, right next to the service station, lots of traffic and noise. We tolerated it as we were hungry and didn’t want to make a fuss about moving, but in hindsight I should have said something. I’m confident they would have moved us. Delmonico steak ordered with shrimp scampi and truffle butter, cooked medium. Comes out practically raw in the center, no shrimp, no truffle butter. Almost as if I got the wrong steak completely. The edges of the steak were a little more done so I didn’t realize just how undercooked it was throughout until after a few cuts. By that point my wife was half done with her meal. They offered to put it back on the grill or give me a different cut, but by that point I had no interest in waiting the time needed to properly cool the steak only to eat it alone since my wife would have been almost done. They did take the steak off the bill but I was very disappointed. Mistakes happen, and they did apologize and make it right, but I hope the kitchen takes more care next time with a $65 butchers cut. Rest of the food was excellent, but I was definitely sad about my steak. You don’t just go somewhere like 22B for the food, you go for the experience and unfortunately this one was lacking. Maybe next time.

   Overall great service and friendly staff. I put down in my reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary and they welcomed us with a congratulatory letter and then surprised us with a dessert at the end. I was surprised and felt they took the time to treat their guests well.

   Our group is sitting at breakfast right now raving about how amazing our dinner was. Staff is exceptional, wine recommendation spot on. The kind of restaurant you are perfectly fine with spending that kind of money at because it is worth every cent.
